Fantastic customer service as always....always love hitting my favorite gals at the Mac counter up.

Decent selection of clothes/shoes/etc. Store is exceptionally clean and staff is for the most part friendly. 

Some of the gentlemen in the men's department are a little obnoxious. They (not all) stand around and try to look important and "holier that thou". Interesting attitude from Nordstrom staff due to the high end clientele they support. My thoughts: you work retail and I'm able to buy/afford 3 pairs of $250 jeans. Pretend to view me at very minimum like an equal and treat me with respect.

That being said, the alterations department here is bar none, the best. If you have a Nordstrom card it's basically free for any alterations and they do them in house.

Absolutely love Nordstom!!! Very friendly staff, good quality of products, excellent service. I feel comfortable and relax when i do shopping at Nordstrom.....👍❤.
