I am a loyal Nordstrom customer and cardholder. I had never really been a fan of the Rack stores because it had the perception of lesser quality of customer service. How wrong was I?! I was in Chicago for a day trip for lunch and shopping. I had several shopping bags with me. I decided to check out the Nordstrom Rack store before I left. I didn't buy anything. When I got to the airport, I realized I had left one of my shopping bags while trying on shoes in the Rack. I frantically called the store hoping someone had turned it in. I spoke with the lovely Wendy, whom informed me that someone had indeed turned it in. I explained the situation that I was at the airport and didn't know when I would be back in the city to pick it up. She was so gracious. They don't typically ship anything from the store, however, Wendy told me if I hadn't heard from them before close of business, to call back the next morning and they would figure something out. Long story short, she called me back and arranged for my bag to be shipped to my home in Atlanta. (I had to buy a $3 chap stick and pay for shipping but well worth the price to pay to get my $150 jewelry back!) The package arrived today and I have my jewelry back! Thank you so much to Wendy and the staff at this Nordstrom Rack. They have solidified my loyalty to the Nordstrom brand!

They have wide range of items. The discounts are pretty decent. I would visit again.

I have to mentally prepare myself to enter this store. It's always a madhouse and while the staff seemingly does the best they can keeping up, it's like a rat race regardless of when you go, what you're looking for, and how quickly you're able to get out.

Good store with good selection; crowded on weekends and during Christmas season.

Tiny store, busy with lots of good items. Friendly staff. Not all the registers were open 5 pm weekend, so expect wait time for check out.
