The Nordstrom rack is great there is a huge store plenty of parking very helpful staff and plenty of good items to buy especially in the shoes and women's clothing department. The men's department is very small though esp in dress clothes but there still are some deals

I visited this store for the very first time because I received a GC. Found trendy items @ great prices, however, the customer service wasn't the best.

The store manager needs to learn how to speak with people. She has no concept of humanity and what it takes to be a decent human. She keeps the heat off in the store against the request of the customer and employees because it is more important for her to receive a end of year bonus than it is for her to create a healthy environment. She also keeps new hires underpaid to decrease pay roll and increase her chances at a bonus. So the next time you go to Nordstrom rack in Eatontown and you wonder why everyone who works there is misserable it is because of the awful treatment and subjecation of the store manager Kathy. Nordstrom should look into bringing a store manager to this store that can speak to all people with respect.

Super slow lines.
Every time I go to the store, I always find the best product. But no matter what time of day, what day of the week, what month of the year, it always takes what feels like forever to check out. This store makes me want to shoplift.
