Needed a pair of shoes and they had a fabulous selection as I have especially wide feet. Salesman took his time to show me many options with no pressure to buy. Made you feel like family unlike recent visits to Macy's where you hunt for sales help and when they do come around know nothing about options and products. They were having a sale on business causal and they took time to go to back room to show all options in inventory. "Old time " service in a good way.  They want you to look good and feel good all at a reasonable price.....

First class service great quality clothing and terrific sales. It's a love-hate relationship being a big guy I always find more that I anticipated I love finding the top brands in the bigger sizes. It's the only place I'll go guess I'm a lifelong customer. Really miss you guys and Toms River though.

I was told I cannot try on the clothes before I buy them.   Sales guy was impatient.  Went to Casual Male in Hazlet instead.

The salesmen in the Ocean store are always very helpful and non aggressive.  There is an on site alteration expert which has been extremely useful to us.  Most large men do not like to shop and this store makes the whole process easier.

I have been a customer of Frank's Big and Tall for 30+ years. It is difficult to maintain a high standard for service and customer satisfaction for any length of time but Ken and Joe and their team in Ocean (as well as EB and Morristown where I've also shopped)  have done it for that long. I've never had a bad experience ever. Even when stuff  didn't work out, wrong size, wrong fit, garment quality issue etc. they always have the right solution which is 100% customer satisfaction. I feel sorry for all of the 6' and under skinny guys who don't have the opportunity to experience the superior  customer service at Frank's. All I can say is "Eat up" you might just make it.
