As soon as I walked in I was instantly pleased. The store was very large and kept very clean! The customer service I received was above and beyond! Can't wait to go back again soon :)

Customer service is the worst. They don't accept return if you don't have the invoice, even though the item is complete with price tag. The manager said they cant trace it back to the purchase. But this is B.S. We all purchase at Macys and Marshalls and Costco and they can recognize their merchandise from the bar code. Never buy anything from here!

Love this Nordstrom Rack, It is very clean and organized. Very easy to find what you're looking for and has great shoes.

As probably every Nordstrom Rack has large variety of discounted goods. My wife is enjoying going there, but management of this store should really rethink hidden counters with no employees to help you is not probably best way to survive in retail. Also to spend 30 mins in Q in empty store was not best experience.

I got some serious steals at this place. Everything they have is in great condition and I still don't know why some of the items I purchased were marked down so heavily. Lines go quick and, if they build up, an employee will bring you off to the side and use a hand scanner to do your purchase.
