Store was clean when I came in on a Friday on a non-holiday weekend. The Starbucks up front was open and inviting, and Target guest services was friendly and polite to interact with. This store is a disaster.  It was a complete mess, there selection is the worst of any Target I've visited and the staff is from the bottom of the gene pool.  Corporate should shut this location down or close it for a renovation because it reflects poorly on the organization.  Rancho Santa Margarita and Lake Forest have top notch stores that this store should use as a model.

Friendly staff and well stocked. Just what you expect from Target. Get in, get your goods, and get out fast.  Parking lot can get busy at peak hours but nothing crazy.
