I love love love! This store. So I never go in wanting one thing. Just browsing most of the time and always leave with amazing items. From clothes to decor to shoes to beauty. You can't go wrong.

I’d bet that if you were to pull all the items that were in the incorrect size section, 80% of their product would be on the floor. Doesn’t matter how good your stuff is if I can’t find it in my size because it wasn’t put away properly.

Worst service and return policy. From senior management down. Don't try and return something as they will not return even with receipt! They want the tags on the coat. I can you wear a coat with tags on them. We took the tags off and my girlfriend tried on the coat and the zipper was broken? they would not return or give credit !! Horrible service and managers were even worse

Buyer beware!

I bought a dress here and it came apart after I wore it twice. I tried to return it with the receipt but they would not take it back because I didn't have the tags. Who keeps tags on something they're wearing? It was disappointing because I usually think of Nordstrom as having a great return policy.

So either save your tags or don't shop here. I'll choose the latter.

It's a large store with lots of options, but you need to have time and be patient as it's a bit disorganized!
