I love Toys R Us they are so helpful there are a few out there that I do not like staff is rude and disrespectful but for the most part the Toys R Us that I do go to are amazing you couldn't ask for better staff or managers or supervisors to help you find everything that you need

Good place for kids to interact with toys first hand. When buying online, it's convenient but sometimes when you buy online and as it turns out, they don't like them

Typical Toys R Us.
Large selection of nearly everything you may be looking for.
The store is relatively clean and the shelves are well-stocked. The staff is not especially helpful, but they're not unpleasant or surly either.
There's a reason the company is not doing so well and online shopping is taking their business, but it's good for last-minute purchases.

not  a big fan you can get stuff on amazon or target for a better deal not worth it also bad customer service definitely not recommend.
