I was followed around for the past half hour by your loss prevention team as I tried on shoes. She said she was there just cleaning up, but if that's the case, why stop mid-shelf when I would move over just to keep an eye on me? And as I stood in line to check out, she stood right behind me and even followed me to the register and the young lady blatantly stood there and stared at me as I pulled my credit card out to pay. My Nordstrom credit card, mind you. Military status with legs apart and hands behind her back, radio at her waist blaring. I asked her if everything was okay, and she just gave me a smile. I'm surprised she didn't tackle me in front of everyone as I walked out. How was I possibly a threat? What was I possibly stealing in my small purse that barely has enough room for my wallet and keys? What makes it okay to press up against me as I am shopping on my day off. When I say she was pressed up against me, I mean I could feel het breath on my arms as I would reach up to grab something off a top shelf. Yes, I was dresses down in a tank top and sweat pants, hoodie pulled over my messy hair, but how is that not an outfit found every day at any given mall in this country? While this location is convenient, I am never coming back here again. I'll stick to online shopping where I'm not harassed and made to feel like a leper in my own community. It's good to have security at stores to stop theft and any incidences or alterations from occurring. But there is a difference between piece of mind for your customers and blatant police state.

Best place for shoes, I've found 300 dollar shoes for 80 here multiple times. Lots of kids shoes too, at cheaper prices. Good store

I went shopping there last night. The employees were very helpful and there was a good variety of clothing and shoes. The bathroom was disgusting. There was garbage all over, poop on the toilet paper rolls in one of the stalls. There was no chart that I could see in the bathroom that showed the last time an employee had checked and cleaned the bathroom.

Dangerously good store. Costume jewelry, handbags, great dresses and tops, top of the line haircare, sunglasses, and racks of cute shoes. Like Nordstrom, focus is more on women, but men have a decent selection of some items here. Staff is so so helpful. All that plus discounted prices (sometimes equivalent to TJMaxx, however...) This store makes me smile.

Decent rack, not as good as Westgate. Men's selection is lacking.
