Had a great shopping experience. There is a bistro like area for customers to try several K- cups before buying. It's like a mini Starbucks in the middle of the store. People are relaxing, working on their laptops or charging phones. Love it! Only down side are the aisles, to walk around the store. There are promo items, displays and etc that take up majority of your walking space. With a large cart kids and other customers, it's like walking through a small door while holding hands. IMPOSSIBLE

they have a totally free keurig bar/cafe in the middle of the store ! you can try ALL the flavors! definitely makes the experience more enjoyable, especially if/when you're waiting on your S.O. who spends 2-3 hours in the store ...

I went to see a couple of coffee machines. And there were samples to taste. And just because I grab two coffees one for me and one for my wife. I get hassle about about how much free coffee I can drink. I have never felt so offended especially when the coffee machines around between 500 and $1,000.

Great selection, friendly and helpful staff, Convenient location and ample parking. They have a nice sitting area with free coffee. The store is larger and more upscale than other locations.

Very clean store and an abundance of staff, all thanking you for shopping there before you make it to the register. Not everything on the shelves is priced, which can make your trip longer. Overall, I'd gladly go back.
