I took my fiancee here to go shopping for her Birthday. We had a good shopping experience together. If anything it was Nordstrom itself that made it difficult. We picked out roughly 8-10 tops prior to looking at pants, etc. We left the items with a sales associate who put them on a hanger next to the register to hold while trying on jeans. When we returned to make our purchase all but one of the items had been put back on the racks. We found some of the items but made the experience stressful and obviously frustrating. 
When we got home she was trying on her new clothes and noticed one of her favorite tops was missing and wasn't even rung up despite us making sure we had the top after everything was put back the first time. 
For spending a substantial amount of money it's hard to see us coming back to this store. We weren't even able to do the shopping we wanted to do. Need to fix something, not sure what. It appears to me like this is pure negligence toward customer service.

Came with girlfriend to purchase dress for her birthday party. Saleswoman was very helpful, seeing up clothing in her dressing room and answering any questions. Left with less money than I came with so overall a successful visit.

Management at this store would not be hired at Dollar Tree. Rude, abusive sales people are encouraged to discriminate based on how a customer is dressed. Refused to accept return of a defective 30 dollar item that had proof of purchase. Nordsrom is failing because of this attitude. When I come dressed with my diamonds they treat me better. This is why Nordstrom is failing and cannot even compete with Macys. Go to Neimans or Saks for real service and better products.

I bought a suit for my wedding from Nordstrom, as well as got alterations done.  Unfortunately, my pants ripped from having too good of a time during the wedding.  After discussing repair options, it was deemed the best course of action was to replace the suit entirely.  This was done at not extra cost to me, and shipped directly to my house.  If this doesn't solidify folks as a lifetime customer, I don't know what does.  Huge thanks to the menswear department for making the process easy and productive.
