I've been shopping here for years, since I was a kid, but recently things have really gone downhill. After my most recent experience I felt it's reached the point I need to post. The cashier yesterday said not one word to me the entire time she rang up my items. I bought a decent amount of groceries, which she began shoving all in one bag, she put my bagels and chips in first, so they of course were getting crushed. When I expressed concern she grunted at me, then double bagged it and stuck additional items in the same bag rather than putting some in a new bag. She slung all my bags down to the end rather than setting them down gently. Thankfully the shampoo and cleaning supplies didn't open. Then this morning I realized she did not give me the bag with my clothing items. So I spent my time and gas driving back there after work, only to find that I couldn't even get a replacement for one of the items because they are sold out. No apology at all from customer service, even after I expressed my frustration over both experiences. Most experiences recently have been negative, or at nest neutral. It's reached the point I might as well make the further drive to Wal-Mart. It's cheaper, has a wider grocery selection, and to be honest has better customer service!

LOVE TARGET! ❤ Hampton Village is great, too, but currently in the midst of some minor remodelling in the women's clothing/accessories areas - not too much of an inconvenience

I love having a Target in the city. Glad it got upgraded/rebuilt years ago. I do not have a problem with crime or otherwise when I visit this Target.

Clean store. Good sales. Friendly employees.Especially in the childrens department girls.She really helped my daughter and grand daughter find some nice things.

This Target is great! I was mesmerized by the cart escalator! This one is much bigger and nicer than South County, plus it has a Starbucks!
