Wanted to buy shoes here and the sales guy was rude and did not know how to properly fit a good pair of shoes. I have him a chance to see what he would do, and he failed. I was specifically shopping for a nice pair of Allen Edmonds shoes, which Nordstrom had a few pairs of, so I ended up going to the Allen Edmonds store nearby in the market square. In my opinion Nordstrom is not providing a good value proposition in how the try to sell men's shoes.

Love visiting The Woodlands store....Dianne Bashor was so helpful to me it made my shopping experience even nicer.

While shopping today, I had a personal problem. Associate, Lexus, who had already proven to be an expert in her area of fashion, helped me. She was professional, kind and handled everything with efficiency and aplomb. I could not have asked for any better assistance!

I am giving them a star because of the Assistant manager named Taylor.Very rude,disrespectful and void of home training.So incompetent that she couldn't help but could interrupt after telling her twice to stay out of my conversation with an employee who was trying to.She said she has a degree in Agriculture..I don't know who made her an assistant manager but servicing people in a professional and helpful manner is not her calling.You can't talk over customers and be smart enough to know what someone is about to say.If customers are nice and respectful,you should do the same.I don't always believe the customer is right but in this case,I was right.Rude and unruly people are not my thing at all. I do give ten stars out to Sam,the manager in charge who had to clean up her mess and Kristen in Jo Malone.Very young individuals who are going places.Very cordial,genuinely helpful and professional.The sky is not their limit.Maybe Ms.Taylor(aka saucy mouth,arrogant chick)can take a cue from these two amazing individuals. In the meantime,I'll be sure to stick to the Nordstrom in my neck of the woods,The Galleria.

Not sure which Nordstrom denied the woman with a prosthetic leg access to the handicap dressing room claiming that it was for women with strollers but that's pathetic. As a Grandfather I can attest that pregnancy is NOT a desease and motherhood is not a handycap. I am posting to this stores review as I don't know where else to post.
