Very response with scheduling a quote for a hot water heater replacement. Price was fair... considering you get what you pay for.  We decided to have them do the work and scheduled installation last week. Call and e-mail before techs arrived. Installed new system in attic on a hot day. They were tried to keep everything neat and clean...only had one smudge on the wall.  I liked the service and work done. I would recommend them and use them again.

These guys were the company that was able to send out a tech the fastest so that is what I chose them. Tech was honest, fair and knowledgeable about my current A/C system. He did the work and was able to accept my credit card right on the spot. I was even able to call him with a question a few days after the work was done. I would probably use them again, thanks!

WOW!  My AC went out last night, I called Norfolk Air, left a message and Chris T called back within minutes. From the time I called to the time the repair was made was just under an hour. At 930 on a Sunday night!  He had been to my home before and knew what was most likely the issue. Knowledgeable, Friendly, and fast! Thank you so much!!!!

Needed new Heating & Air System.  Norfolk Air gave best price per SEER, and American Standard had good reviews.  The technicians installed the heat first since the weather was cold AND they supplied two space heaters to use while the heat was off.  The whole system except for the humidifier (that needed a part ordered) was installed in two days.  The workers put down tarps on the floors and cleaned up nicely both inside and out.  Very personable and knowledgeable technicians and open to answer my questions.  I look forward to years of preventive maintenance for my system with Norfolk Air.  After one month the system (heat and humidifier- haven't needed cooling) is working great.  (We purchased gas heat with a separate A/C.)  Finally, the front office people and the Comfort Consultant, Tyler, were pleasant and helpful.  Well run company!
UPDATE: Now about four months after the installation the air & heating system runs beautifully.  My gas bills went up as expected since I didn't have gas heating previously, but the gas and electric bills together are less than half of my bills for the same months last year!  I've had regular service done now (April 2017), had the old part of our house rewired, and the service tech. discovered a gas leak that was promptly repaired by a fine young man named Kelvin.  I feel these folks saved my house from burning down!

I couldn’t have been happier with Norfolk Air and Heating.    The Service Department  was extremely friendly  and  courteous.  The crew called 15 minutes before they were  scheduled to arrive.  Tom, Josh and Cody answered all our questions and concerns.  They were extremely professional and polite  and did everything they could to satisfy us.  When they had to cut holes in the ceiling to put in vents, they made sure they used drop cloths to protect our furniture. They quickly cleaned up the debris as they went along.  After the instillation the crew members tested the equipment and showed us how it worked.   I was very satisfied.  I was surprised when the owner of the company called  and asked me if everything was to my satisfaction.   He said if I have any questions, concerns, or completes to give him a call and he would do his best to  make it right.  I give this company and his people 5 stars out of 5stars
