I highly recommend this place specially one bright seller called Kris Chang! We went there just to have a look in second hand cars and we ended up buying two great new cars: Clarity and Pilot. We are not from here so we did not know where or how to start picking a car. However this man gave us so much attention, explained everything in detailed and with a lot of transparency that made us feel very comfortable in all manners !

I had a very good experience purchasing a vehicle from Norm Reeves Honda in Huntington Beach this past weekend. I was in the market for a small SUV, and had been test driving various ones the past couple of weeks. I went in on Saturday morning for a test drive of the Honda CR-V and was met by Manny Mello. Manny took myself and my daughter out for a test drive. He was very professional and showed us the features of the car. At the end of the test drive, I told Manny I liked the CR-V and was thinking about getting it, but needed to go home and talk it over with the rest of the family. He was not pushy at all. A few hours later I had decided I wanted the CR-V, so I called him back and let him know, but I was looking for a specific trim and color. He informed me they didn't have my first choice in color, but could locate my second choice, and that I should come in. I came back in when Manny was busy with another client so he set me up with Mike Lott. I told Mike about my disappointment that they didn't have the color I wanted, and somehow he was able to find one nearby and have it driven over so that I could take it home that night! Everything went so smoothly with getting the paperwork completed and signed. My finance manager Hunter Hall was also great in explaining the financing and other options available. The best part was I used the Costco Auto-buy program, and that meant I got a great price with no haggling! I would recommend going to see Manny, Mike, and Hunter at Norm Reeves Honda if you are looking to buy a car!

I made the right decision to buy my vehicle here! The staff was friendly and the lot was clean. My salesman Joe Harper is definitely the man! He was extremely helpful and was honest with his answers and opinions. He never pressured me to look at anything outside of what I told him i was there for. Anyone who is looking for someone honest should definitely look up Mr. Harper. Overall, it was a smooth and easy process. Staff was efficient and friendly.  I would recommend to anyone looking to purchase to purchase from norm reeves from Mr. Joe Harper.

I have had a pretty great experience here from start to finish. I was met by Joe Harper, and he has been both patient and very helpful through the whole process. Never once did i feel pressured to go in a direction i didn't want to go, and my satisfaction and experience was very important to him. After a few weeks of deliberation and research, i settled on a 2018 Honda Civic Hatchback EX, and it's just the best.

Absolutely will be recommending anyone interested in a Honda to see Joe!
