The people are friendly and patient. I was referred to Car Pros Kia Huntington through the Costco Auto program and I am definitely satisfied with my experience. Wendy was my first point of contact and she was courteous. She inquired about what I was possibly interested in and my trade. She in turn introduced me to Omar who let me test drive a Stinger and helped me work the numbers on a deal. Edwin from finance, make sure to check his badge, helped solidify the deal with terms that I could live with and feel great about. Dean was my biggest fan because he asked for my autograph more than once and when the paperwork was done, I drove off in a silky smooth brand new Kia Stinger.

I went to get my new car from Kia. Everything went by smoothly. I was able to purchase my car with no problem. The  process was fast. The staff was nice. I got helped from Max. He was able to answer my questions,etc. I liked that he went over the monthly payment plan for me and he was polite. Overall the experience was great. I got to take home my new car and I was treated well as a customer.

The experience with Kia of HB was excellent. The sales team is knowledgeable and most important, do not put pressure on you. They do not try to sell you a more expensive car than you want, and do not try to push unneeded options upon you. They are willing to offer what you need. I was very happy with our Salesman, Michael F., and the entire team. They bargained honestly and fairly. Overall a very good experience and, as a bonus, we now have a fun car !

Thank you Johnny English at Carpros KIA in Huntington Beach. I had the most amazing time purchasing a vehicle at your dealership. I can't wait to show my new car to my friends and family.
