Absolute worst place in four letter town to go to. Sold me a lemon. Truck is completely rusted on the bottom end front to back. Makes sense now why they wouldn't do the brake job I asked them to do... disgust me that they allow people like that to sell vehicles at $30k dollars. I've poured over $2000.00 into a 2013 f150 they sold me in THREE MONTHS!!!!! That I've had it.... do a favor and go SOMEWHERE ELSE

Bought a truck from these people. Initial buying process went great. However, after we pull out we discover a head light wasn't working which means they sold us a vehicle that was not street legal. It wasn't the simple replacement of the headlight either a connector was bad. Cost $150 to fix. We only got one key with the vehicle, 10 days after we purchase it the key just quits working all together $300 to get a new one. Norris of course did nothing for us because they have already gotten their money!

It was a typical car buying experience. The sales team and sales manager Jack Hudson was great. The financial guy was just trying to get me out. We never disused a price on the vehicle or what I could afford as a monthly payment. I felt pressured to buy the truck and everything was moving to fast I did not have time to think. It was my fault I should have not signed. I don't know how long I will be able to afford this truck and it probably mess up my credit that I worked on for a long time to get it where it is.

We just got a 2014 lifted dodge on 4/23/16. It was honestly the best experience I've ever had car shopping. The sales team over here rocks. Corey and Bryan took care of us. Everything we asked for they did. They never pushed us to run our credit and let us take all the time we needed to get exactly what we wanted. I highly recommend if your looking for some down to earth people who are there for you and not their commission Come here!!These guys are the best!! 5 ***** all the way!!! Thank again. Terri & Rob

Got a car from Jennifer at the MacArthur and 140 location..... From the get go she kept it 100%.  Worked with me at the banks to get me the vehicle I wanted..  At the price I could afford.  She was never pushy.  Worked with me very well!  So then I sent me mom there  and she got a vehicle from her!  Amazing service!  Even help people with bad credit!!
