I stayed here summer 2015. Was pretty horrible. Playground had multiple nail heads sticking up. Dock area was poorly maintained. Pool was dingy. Really nasty charcoal grill outside front door. Staff was not very polite. Did not seem to care about our stay and were not seen around resort. Never checked with us to see how stay was going.

Inside our unit the carpet was so worn that the tack strip was exposed, presenting another danger to children. We wore our shoes inside entire time due to the flooring. There was an access panel off in a closet, leaving a huge hole with plumbing exposed.  Hot water had an odor so bad we could not shower. Not cold water just hot so assuming it was a hot water heater issue. The place was not very clean. Cobwebs everywhere and were charged a housekeeping fee before stay (what housekeeping?) Outdated TVs and appliances.  Nothing to do at or very close to resort. No Wifi. No food. No anything really. Maybe they have made improvements in last two years but do your research before choosing this RCI location.
