If I could give it 0 STARS I would... Super rude staff. Some has bad accents that you can rarely understand. They don't greet you or even give a smile. My husband and I show them our papers at the window... He got a ticket number, but I didn't because I "didn't have all the documentations". I drove back home to grab another documentation that they "need" only to come back to my husband saying that they need another documentation of his. Why give him a ticket number just to send him home again? People save your time and go to a different county. These people can't do their job right nor have respect at all. Will not be returning to this place. I don't care how far I have to travel to get appropriate customer service. WASTE OF MY TIME!

stars if I could give it. Very rude staff. If you miss one blinker on your driving test they will fail you instantly. Never coming here again.

Terrible.  Arrived in office and no one at desk.  Two ladies sitting and waiting.  They told me and my husband to wait at window.  Officer took our paperwork . moving here from out of state. Web site says to bring paperwork with our names and new address, insurance with proof of liability with both our names on it, two forms of identification. Example drivers license, Medicare card, visa, etc.  My husband had same paperwork I had.  My husband taken first.  Officer had given him eye test, sign test, and picture and ready to pay.  Women told me Medicare card was not acceptable. It has ss number right on it.  She was rude, nasty, and I told her their website has the Medicare card as acceptable.  Officer came over to my aid but she wouldn't listen. So we left.  Came home got social security cards and went to Mooresville. So much better.  People much friendlier and much better organized.

I am new in the state of NC, what a horrible experience! every single employee here are incredibly RUDE, they received me with a "WHAT DO YOU WANT" instead of a "HOW CAN WE HELP" while I was being interviewed for my driver license they were in the phone with someone that had questions about their website, the officers/clerks were making fun of the person on the phone in front of me! unbelievable! They didn't even welcome me to the state... what a horrible first impression!!! Not to mention they are super slow! ( I waited two hrs, and a lady that was before me was still there when I left and she only needed her address change ) ... DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GO TO AN OTHER COUNTY TO GET YOUR DRIVER LICENSE unless you want to be treated with no respect and as soon as you turn your back on them they laugh at you! I can believe it, bad bad UGLY customer service

I forgot about this guy that asked them if there was a SOCIAL SECURITY OFFICE in Statesville and they told him THEY DON'T KNOW! what's wrong with that people...?

Horrible. These people think they're gods and they treat people extremely poorly. While I was there, I noticed they especially talk down to latino and black people. Sorry guys, just an honest review. 

I guess its not ilegal to be a jerk.
