Many of the professors are truly amazing and gifted in their knowledge. BUT, like any Assemblies of God there is a cultish aspect from the student life department that is bloated in staff by any standard. Then the near deification of the "student leader" cast, despite all students are leaders mantra recited at every chapel. Professors are 4-5 stars how dysfunctional the school is otherwise -3 or -4 stars. Like moving failed staff to other positions, i.e. soccer coach, when they should be fired instead of the SOP of nepotism I can in no way recommend thus college.

One of the worst Universities to attend and plan your future. Few years back, I decided to enroll in a graduate program at NCU; not a good decision. the instructional platform was not well delivered, learning applications were outdated, and faculty (instructors) were not highly knowledgeable about the course materials/content. I ended up wasting an enormous amount of tuition money. I am now at a better university. My recommendation, really look/research at other Universities/options before deciding to enroll at NCU. Good luck!

North Central is one of the places you don't realize what you have until you leave. My four years at North Central I was stretched academically and spiritually. It set a foundation for my life. I didn't realize how life changing it was when I was there - but now three years later, I still owe so much of who I am to my time there. And, the location of the campus is the best! Love downtown Minneapolis, so much to explore!

Heard a good report about some of your students today. At the Jail Bible study, a woman shared how she was at the point of forgetting about God - things had gone so wrong in her life and she was walking by NCU and was crying out to God to show Himself to her if He was real. About that time, two young men from the school walked up to her and asked if there was anything they could pray for her about. They had seen her downcast face and compassionately reached out to her. It made a huge difference in her life and was the "straw that broke the" doubting heart. Way to be a presence of Grace in the heart of the city!
