Ive been going there for years. The wait is always much shorter than anticipated. The service is always friendly and efficient.

When you call all you get is automated info you never get to speak with a person for your specific questions. I just wanted to know exactly how much it would be to renew my plates so that I could bring in the correct payment I pressed 8 no one ever answered. Just don't offer that option if you're not going to honor it!

I have a government issued phone, as such I am limited to the minutes I use.  I called the Florissant Mo. office and the answering service takes so long because it goes through a list of thing.  The system doesn't allow for taxpayers to ask for an operator.  I used over 10 minutes of my time and was no able to talk to any one.  I am a 72 year old male with no vehicle, unable to walk, and it will require me to plan for a ride.

What is wrong with you, you are public servants?
