Long wait. It doesn't matter if you get there early either. I got there when they opened at 9am. Didn't get seen until 1030.

I was on hold for 1 1/2 hours, and when I did get an answer the person was very very rude. I tried to explain why I called and I was treated like I didn't know what I was talking about. I called back and waited another 1 1/2 hours and still didn't get anywhere

The worst experience ever I sat there from 9:30 until 12:00 waiting for them to call my number they were on Q30 I was Q31 long story short I left and went to the Olive office I hate that office on west Florissant I will travel far to get good customer service
