I visit here just about every week and use the touch less auto wash. My Jeep gets very clean except the back, it could be cleaner, I just wipe it off and it’s good - otherwise it’s great! 

I do not care for the vacuum attachments. They are short and stubby making it hard to reach all the spots. 

The property is clean and inviting. 
Paying with a card makes it easy.

Machine took my money, told me to enter, then it told me to stop. Machine failed to even work! No water or anything came out.i sat there for about 5 mins and nothing. Then the door open and we had to leave

I went to this car wash when it's was very cold outside and I needed to wash all of the salt and snow and dirt off of my Chevy avalanche and when I pulled into the stall which was the middle one and without knowing until I put my money in ,, The spray handle was leaking very bad, so with that being said when I was cleaning my vehicle, the spray handle got very cold water on my shoes on pants and coat, and because of that, I was very mad and very cold. This is why they only got 2 stars

Had the car wash shut off on me the other day while I was getting a $10 wash in the touch less one. My car was covered in soap and it told me to exit. Called the number and left a message. Got a quick reply the next day but the guy was trying to make it my fault it shut off. Saying there was something wrong with my vehicle and that's why it did it. I have used this wash several times with my same vehicle and had no problems. I like this one because it's the only touch less one I have found on the North side. Then he proceeded to say there was nothing wrong with the car wash and I must've done something. Again, really?! Then he was offering me a refund, which is great but needed my cc#. When I didn't want to give him that for security reasons I asked for a voucher or something. I understand car washes malfunction and just wanted another wash. This man was rude and said "um ok we'll send you something in the mail" and literally hung up on me! Won't be going back. I'll drive across town to get a wash now!
