Had a good and bad first experience a little over a year ago. The interior detail was fantastic, that is the reason for 2 stars. However, the car wash on the outside did not provide satisfaction at all... On top of that the wash itself had made a dime-sized gash in my wheel.  Knowing this from before I planned on just getting the inside detailed, but they cannot only do that. Was told they have to do the car wash on top of detailing because of the door jams. That is unfortunate information. 
(my rim was replaced a month later thanks to the dealership)

It's an okay car wash. Prices are outrageous for what you get. Its like 10$ for the basic, basic wash when I could go to auto touchfree car wash and it doesn't leave swirl marks.  When in a bind, I will go here, but prices should be a little better.  Also wish the workers wouldn't "look" angry if I don't tip them. I'm not going to leave a tip when other places have a lower top of the line price than this places entry level wash. I also don't see leaving a tip on top of the car wash price that already includes that service from those workers.

I can run through on my lunch break and through the wash faster than I can eat my fries, and whichever car it is, I appreciate that they take the extra few seconds to make sure the windshield/ windows are free and clear. I run a lot of hwy miles daily.

The people washing my car were kind and attentive. The cashier (who also helped vacuum my car) was funny and engaging. They did a great job. The only thing I thought was odd was how the vacuum hoses for the paying vacuums didn't look like they'd been cared for. It's a small thing but wrapping up the hoses would really improve the look.

Very helpful and willing to go the extra mile to let me finish drying my car as I want to with a borrowed towel. I'm picky about my cars and the other places won't let my use their towels. Also got a good wash at a reasonable price
