Worst Customers  service :( traffic court never picked up phone call even though you been calling them since 9:00 am. They still busy helping other customers. Like really I made the call since 8:59 am and you guys still busy helping 😏

I can see many people are upset and frustrated by the local courts. The truth is Dade county had made budget cuts therefore mamy people were laid off. In addition many employees have their hours cut. Even their customer service line is only from 9 am to 1230 due to the budget. There isn't much that could be done. Unless more taxes come through from the citizens themselves.

AWFUL & HORRIBLE SERVICE & TREATMENT TO CITIZENS. SUPER UNPROFESSIONALS, RUDES AND DO NOT OFFER A QUALITY SERVICE. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

The judges have no regard towards Veterans or the disabled. I think they get paid by companies and having sex with plaintiff's just to get their way. Staff very disrespectful. And totally bogus what they do. Needs new and better people

This place is beyond despicable. There small incompetent brain can not comprehend what it means to have customer service. I really wish this had a rating less than one. First off, they have absolutely no idea what they're doing. I have to file some court papers and I didn't know the process in which to proceed so I went and the lady handed me a pamphlet to read. For over several weeks I called to see if I can get some information. It wasn't until I called another clerks of court that they disclosed the proper information to me. After that I went in to this dungeon of dragons, as early as I can be and wait over fo approximately an hour. Then one lady told me that I need some other documentation(envelopes) and said she would take me once I come back. So less then 15 min I rushed back, for her to say to me sorry you have to take another number. After an 1 1/2 hours I was called. One lady said I can't take you the lady that serviced you has to take you. Next lady said I'm leaving so she has to take you. Finally some lady took me and told me " I can process this because you need a postal stamp". I said calmly this wasn't the instructions that I was given. Clearly the other clerk made an error can you possibly get me one stamp. In here nasty, rude and insulting voice she told me that I need to go get stamps. And the she gets on her CELLPHONE!! Are you serious??? I was like can I speak to your manager. The manager was another imbecile who repeated the same thing over again after I told him I understood everything he said the first time. This is a really horrible place to be if you need to take care of business. I was highly appalled!!!
