To the dinosaur in room 100:

Quit! If you don't like your job then find something else. LAZY and just plain out don't want to work. I was dismissed by an eye roll and sucking of the teeth, rude and very unprofessional! The girl she was training even seen it and was trying to be nice. Hopefully she is training that girl for her spot! I hate to see this is where our tax money goes. And don't try to call... rings once and hangs up! I was told to go to another court house in Deerfield Beach (45 mins away) and they were the nicest people, which they also told me the dinosaur could have helped me there. I know I will stay far away from this court house by all means. 0 STARS

Hardly can get these people on the phone they take a decade to mail me my marriage certificate and nasty attitudes

The clerks in the housing services division are a lazy and have a nasty attitude. Ask them about case information and she couldn't even look it up. So I had to call someone else and even they said they can find it if they search. There's 5 ladies back there one at a window with a dozen people waiting. Ask a lady walking by a question politely and she grind and walk away. Absolutely horrible customer service. They all should be fired for wasting tax payers money. I wouldn't even rate 1 star but had to in order to write this review. If they don't like their jobs they should consider working at Mc Donald's sweeping floors!!

Took me two hours to get my passport renewed. The lady was nice albeit a little under pressure to keep it quick. I asked to verify a couple things but she had it all down, very thorough.

I just came back from this place. I went with my 3 months old baby to get her passport... The people that work here are disrespectful, nasty, very uneducated and with CERO TOLERANCE. I got there at 8am and there was a big line, for almost 2 hours the line would not move, only 1 person working. At 10:45 I went in...   I was breastfeeding my baby while the lady was asking for  documents, she was  incredibly rude. She was a women,  she should understand and have empathy for other women, no instead she treated me like I was an idiot.... She was not nice at all, no  patience and no respect. We are paying to get our passport, she was treating me like she was doing me a favor. 

I guess she is very unhappy with her life and that's just the way she is. She should not be worried with public. I will find out her name and posted here.
