Family owned since 1971. About Owner: My name is Linda McClain, I am proud to own my father's company that I share with my son, Sean. I worked side by side with my dad since 1976, until he passed away 2005. He was hardworking and an honest man, I strive to keep North East the same.

Two stars for coming out and performing a diagnosis within hours after I called- I appreciate that. No stars for not fixing the problem but rather putting a temporary fix for 1 hour of labor (during the diagnosis) and charging me $166. I spoke with the master plumber and my take away from the conversation is they don’t suggest fixing the problem from the start- they charge you per the hour for temporary fixes until the right bandaid holds the longest. No highly intuitive suggestion provided by the technician. I would have appreciated the hour of labor for the temporary fix go toward a permanent fix but they don’t warranty their craftsmanship.

Called a lot of people to get a water softener installed in my new home. I got crazy quotes for like 2-5k. I decided I would do it myself bought a nice unit at home depot for 700$, but unfortunately i was unable to do it myself so I called these guys! They quoted me over the phone for 250$ + parts, ended up costing 300$ total. They also had a 10 percent military discount. Great company, great service. I will use them again. So yeah if you need a water softener installed, just go buy at home depot and have these guys do it.

Working through some issues. I appreciate the concern shared with me by mgt and owners. I do believe we can find a win win solution which creates the best partnerships.

Its a shame cal an russ is not there anymore. They were fine gentleman an wouldn't rip you off.had good experience with them. Not like that anymore.

We've used this company four times at different homes with myself and family members and we absolutely have no complaints. The techs are very professional and the prices are very fair, you can tell from the moment you call with your concern that they care about the customers.
