I've been Dr Bradley's patient for many years. When he joined this practice, I followed him. I've never had any issues with the reception staff being rude. The nursing and lab staff are always professional and friendly. I've only seen Dr Bradley and can't say enough about what a great, caring physician he is. He offers practical 'home remedy' type advice and is not quick to write prescriptions. I never feel rushed during my appointments. His manner is very down to earth.

The receptionist are rude to the patients. The wait time is ridiculous., and even more and the pharmacy is ran by sadist who enjoys and Revels in the humiliation of others by withholding medication and she quotes just because she can. Not very comfortable and a bunch of rude receptionist and some like-minded professional in Human Resources who could care less about all of it. What kind of establishment cares more about backing up their very unprofessional employees rather than taking care of the patients needs first? Avoid this place. Tell everyone you know it's a waste of time and money.

sorry place for healthcare. the people are unprofessional and rude. i go there to get medicine and they act like im one of the many who abuse it. such stupidness just to get medicine

such a shame. I was hoping to get better healthcare than the government facility I was going to. 1. Ran out of Insulin because the script wasn't called in correctly. 2. Have given my insurance card to them 3 times and they still haven't got it. 3. waited almost two weeks to hear from my referrals and still waiting. 4 Booked an appointment with an internal med Dr. that I didn't know anything about. 5. had blood work almost two weeks ago and still haven't heard anything about my A1C or the pancreas test done. 6. i gave it one star because the facility was clean.
