Office closes at 5, told me to arrive at 3:30 so that I have time to complete anything I may need done.  I proceeded to leave work early so that I would get there on-time.  Arrive at the desk in person at 2:25 and am told that they are "no longer accepting new tickets today" and was sent away.

I now have taken off work early, and will go into work late just because these people don't know how to get themselves together and operate in a professional capacity.

Nurses, Dietician, and Dental good but general admin staff is HORRIBLE. General staff is rude and doesn't understand what good, professional, and workplace etiquettes should be? They treat us as if we are burden on them but they forget that they are in existence and funded by people.
However, I hope they stop illegal people from getting FREE government help, this service is supposed to be for Citizens and Legal residents, NOT illegals. It hurts to see our tax dollars being wasted...Hope someone is looking into this and fixes all this mess...

The lady who answered the phone did not even take the time to greet, state and ask how I could be assisted.  I asked a simple question and in returned she responded with an attitude.

Very unprofessional when u call they put u on hold before  greeting n won't get back to the hold. Bad impression will never go there!

They refused to treat me because I don't have the amount of the case the treatment so they didn't treat me.
