Been going to the ms center for over a year. Doctors and nurses treat you like family and genuinely care about you.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Today I walked in with my nine year old son with Autism bleeding. Blood dripping down his hand. Before I even got one word out of my mouth, the person at the front desk rudely told me they wouldn't treat him. She curtly told me children under 14 are not treated at the the Devine St. Clinic -- UNLESS the doctor agrees to it. And whatever doctor was on duty today apparently wouldn't treat minors. I called my pediatrician beforehand and they couldn't see him until later in the day, so decided to bring him in to the clinic. Never again. The policy is a disgrace -- and besides, what kind of emergency clinic is only open until 8 o'clock at night? If a child comes in to your office/clinic bleeding, you treat him. You don't send him back out into the street. Whoever the person is making this determination is not qualified to know how bad of a cut it is....she's doesn't have the medical background to be the gatekeeper of such a decision. Very disappointed.

We arrived at 7:35 p.m.. My husband had abdominal pain and shortness of breath. He signed in. A few minutes later the receptionist said he could not be seen because we would not be out by 8:00 p.m. when they closed.

3rd floor: friendly staff, excellent nurses

New clean bright. Atmosphere. All staff friendly and professional though not as much warmth as Smillow multi. Specialty hematology dept.on york st new haven. Gave it a 4 because with more time I am sure they will feel more comfortable and this will be passed on to the patient.
