One of the worst experiences my family has ever had here. I understand that it gets busy and you have SOME people scrambling while others are just standing there laughing and joking around with their colleagues. The doctor asked us 3 times before he asked one of the closest nurse to him to get us the medicine that they were supposed to give us over 40 minutes before. This is not counting that the nurse went right by us with the medication they were going to give us.... This is where that saying "they aren't the ones in pain so why should they care..." goes into place. The only people that seemed to care more were part of the security team.

The doctor's and nurses were always very pleasant, and always took the time to explain everything,  I've been admitted to the Saint Raphael campus a couple times and would never want to be anywhere else while needing to be in the hospital. I absolutely would recommend to anybody needing a hospital to go here.

I had the benefit of being taken care of in a new uniy. The floor and individual private rooms were well appointed, spacious and had all new technology.  However, the real difference that made this experience exceptional was in the attention and close in monitoring by the professional staff.  The Nurses, and support personnel genuinely cared for my well fare and showed it in their quick responses to requests,
