If I had to use one word to describe this service station and also the mechanics and crew that work their it would be amazing. When you go to this place rest assured that you will be well taken care of. They are very reasonable on their labor rate and also they always maintain contact with their customers regarding vehicle repairs from big down to small stuff like even a broken dipstick. If you live in the area and don't go here you are missing out!

Best shop around. Master certified mechanics and full service at the pumps no extra charge. Wouldnt take my cars anywhere else

I will never recommend this place to anybody. They price gouge on labor like crazy. My Power steering pump needed to be replaced, clean off the spilled oi from my alternator, and put on a serpentine belt, I brought my car to them fully aware of the issues beforehand as I had already had the car inspected months earlier. They were so backed up it had to wait til the next day. That was fine.The next morning, the call me and tell me my repair is going to be about $500. I'm a college student and can't afford that. I let them know, and they tell me to hold on while they try to work on the price.

They call me back 10 minutes later, and tell me they made a pricing error and I they overcharged for labor by almost 100$, bringing my total down to like 400$. I told them that was still too much. I tell them to put my car back outside and I will tow it somewhere else.

When I show up to get my car, they then ask me to pay 45$ for the diagnostic. This was the first time I had ever heard of having to pay anything. Its not posted anywhere in the building, and I never signed anything. After some back and forth, I got my keys back free of charge. 

I took my car to D&G auto on South Street. Mechanic charged me about 250$, parts and labor included. Please avoid this scam fest at all cost. Do not accept the prices they try to impose, it's unethical. I've had a radiator replaced and new brakes installed on my car before for less then this repair they tried to price me on.

I've always had good experiences here. We live in the neighborhood, and it's nice to support your neighborhood shop. I've had a few flats and have taken them there to fix. It was inexpensive and quick. One time I spun the tire off my riding lawn mower and I took it down and Brian reseated and inflated it free of charge. They did a brake job on my wife's truck for just a little more than I could have done it myself. It seems their labor prices are very reasonable. For older folks who don't want to get out in the cold they will pump your gas and wipe your windows at no extra charge (although I'm sure the guys appreciate a generous tip!). Finally, they have free air, just pull up to the garage and fill up your tires. They'll even lend you a pressure gauge. It's what I imagine service stations were like back in the old days. Good, friendly, honest.
