I agree with one of the other posters about it being difficult to find, but saw that they are doing something about it. With that said, I was so pleased with Shannon R's care. There was very minimal wait time. I was in & out of there very quickly. Couldn't believe I let myself be worried/stressed out for so long over a questionable skin spot when it was so quick/easy to get it resolved. Thank you!!!

I'm posting this review for my mother Margaret Sieber who saw an MD at your clinic in Sandpoint. 

When she got home asked her how things went and she was dis-trot.  She  informed me that the doctor that had seen her had taken a brief look at the palms of her hands from about a foot and a half away and told her that she had psoriasis.  She continued to ask some questions because she is not new to skin conditions and has had eczema her hole life.  He was rude and sarcastic when she questioned his diagnosis having never had a spot of psoriasis her entire life it seemed odd to her so she asked if eczema could develop into psoriasis(reasonable question I thought not ever having been told you have it before and not being an MD) .  he responded by telling her "well no it isn't a transformer".  She also tried to explain to him that she doesn't have a few of the other symptoms he was asking her about,  his comment was " well I have been doing this for 30 years".  I understand that experience is huge but it doesn't  give anyone the right to belittle someone which is very much how my mother felt.  She has very sensitive skin it reacts badly to most lotions which she tried to explain with no avail the doctor didn't seem to take into account anything that she had to say, never offered to do a biopsy to determine what kind of psoriasis it is, not to mention if it is psoriasis he also never told her how sever it is, if it is ( Mild, moderate, sever) which with a small amount off looking sounds like it can be determined with a short questioner.  He then prescribed some creams and sent her home felling like an idiot( which she is not, she is a highly educated women) for asking question that she did not get answers to and was ridiculed for asking.  This is not how hard working people paying a lot of money and taking time out of their lives should be treated, they deserve respect which was not given by your MD.   I could go on but I think my point has been made.

Very professional staff at front desk and the medical staff took time to answer all of my questions.  All employees were very courteous and there was very little wait time.

Your place is a little hard to find but worth the effort. Very nice facility and very nice people.  I was treated well.  My treatment was very professional and well done.  Thank you.

My first few visits were ok.  Although I had to call and confirm my appointment the day of my surgery.  I guess you don't do that as a curtosy to the patients.  When I called they did not have me scheduled.  My doctor who was doing the surgery that day was not there.  Ended up with a different doctor that was a fill in doctor.   Today I was scheduled for a follow up with the doctor. Once again I didn't get a reminder.  I called at 8 in the morning to confirm.  They confirmed my appointment with the doctor at 10 am.  I arrive at my appointment to find out the doctor is at the Moscow office and there was no other doctor available to see me.  I won't be back.  Looks like your office has a communication problem.
