Staff is always friendly and helpful. A great place to find a book, access the internet or just sit and read. It's apparent the staff members take pride in their work and enjoy helping others. Wish the budget allowed the library to have more hours.

Librarians who know your name and love their work, a library that offers the community a welcome respite from the hustle and bustle of Broadway, and a system with a pretty effective online portal. You can expect a great experience in the location, an enjoyable spot by Edgewood Park, even if you're just swinging through to pick up items reserved online. The North Knox branch provides a great reminder of the importance and value of public libraries in our community, and it will continue to improve its collections provided we support it with our foot traffic, our voices, our funding, and our engagement. The library can serve as you window into the world of books (my wife tears through new fiction and they always meet her needs!), music, and film (where they sometimes are behind, but always open to expanding their collection). Don't forget you can also suggest a purchase a week if the library system lacks an item, too!

Small, but they can't be blamed for that. The staff is very polite and helpful, it's very quiet and tidy, and they have a pretty diverse selection despite the size.

My neighborhood library, I love them! They treat you fine & remember your name & what can of books you read!
