I went to this marvelous facility last Saturday evening, feeling horrible. The staff was wonderful. From the nice lady at the front desk, all the nurses and a great paramedic Tyler. Dr Connelly as kind , helpful, and answered all questions. This is a wonderful place to be when you are ill. FIVE STARS

The service was fine, but I was billed $316 for a 15 minute appointment in which the doctor checked my breathing for a minute or two and told me I had bronchitis but it was almost gone. If you can bill someone that much for a basic service, it's time for me to become a doctor.

I brought my 16 month old son here with a 104 degree fever. I was so concerned that we would have to sit in a crowded waiting room before we could be seen, but I was extremely surprised and impressed to see how quickly we were admitted (immediately) and how well they were staffed. The nurses and physician had a great bedside manner and were attentive. We will absolutely make this our urgent care center of choice.

Staff called an hour before appointment to tell me they did not schedule enough time for a procedure. When I called back, they admitted their mistake, I cancelled the appointment, and then they had the gaul to register me as a no show! The original appointment was scheduled for the procedure a month in advance.

Very clean. Love the fireplace as you walk in. All staff was very welcoming and friendly and the Dr's are terrific and knowledgeable, I highly recommend them, esp. Dr Khan. The only bad thing I will say is that all the Specialty offices seem to be in one room which is odd to me and not marked so if you are going there for your first time and your paperwork is wrong then you really don't know where you are going.
