had a change of dental insurance, claimed they accepted my new insurance when they did not, just to get me to have the service done. now when I try to get them to file a claim with my new insurance, they do not even submit any request for payment (because they know it will be denied) & just submitted my name to a debt collection agency for a lousy $150 bucks. scumbags doing whatever they can to generate business even if it means lying to customers
