This is my dentist for life.. it does not matter if he is in North Scottsdale and I'm in Glendale. He's great and only wants to help! His office crew is extremely pleasant and caring. Penny and Beth are very nice people and I love this dentist!

Great Dentist! Awesome Team! And for the record... I miss Beth! She was always tenacious in dealing with insurance issues and a delightful human! The new staff is great too! All my family has been with Dr. Kroll for over 8 years - great family dentist!

Dr. Kroll is the best dentist.  He will not waste your time or money with any unnecessary dental work.  I'm sixty years old and have been to a number of dentists and I'm happy to have been visiting Dr. Kroll for the last 4 years.

Dr. Kroll is a great dentist, so this review isn't about him. It's about his front office secretary Beth. My entire immediate and extended family was all seeing Dr. Kroll for quite a while. That was until every single one of them stopped seeing him because of Beth. I was the only one in my family left. I was willing to endure her every time just to see Dr. Kroll. Finally however, it's time to jump ship. This lady will drain every ounce of patience from you!
If you don't set your next appointment in person, she will call you over and over again to make an appointment. About 6 months ago I actually told her that she needed to stop calling me all together because I started to feel harassed by the amount of calls I was getting from her. She finally stopped.... Up until today. 
I called to make an appointment but she was unable to fit me in for the time I wanted. I said I'll call you back to reschedule. Of course she can't help herself and calls within 30 minutes of that phone call. I don't answer because I'm busy and she left a voicemail. She then proceeds to call me back 2 hours later. This time I'm annoyed. I answer and tell her that I've already listened to her voicemail and was going to call back when I had time, and asked her to please not call me. Oh and may I add that the first original appointment call took 15 minutes because she won't let you get off the phone, I ended up just randomly saying bye and hung up.
Just wait until you meet her in person. She won't let you have a single solitary moment of quiet to yourself. You'll be sitting in the waiting area trying to figure out an escape plan. She's trying to be nice, but how does she not realize that it annoys the heII out of every single person? I'm not joking when I say every single family member stopped going to Dr. Kroll because of her. Lets hope you have more patience than me and my family.
