This office is terrible. I was sent a certified letter saying my daughter could no longer be a patient there because she missed her yearly physical and we were not following their rules. The reality is I had called that day to let them know my daughter was in Beverly ER after an almost successful suicide attempt which left her hospitilized for 2 weeks. When I went in to talk to them figuring this was an error the office manager said that it was policy. I had to walk out before I ended up losing it. My daughter can not handle change and they used to have the best nurse practitioner who told the office that she’s keeping my daughter on. I just couldn’t believe the lack of caring or compassion, nevermind how rude you’re treated by the front desk anyways. The medical staff has high turnover, which is always the caring Dr’s/NP’s and the office staff makes the experience unbearable. I changed to Dr. Zilber in Beverly and he’s amazing.

The office as a whole, Dr . maier as well as joanne webster in particular, are the definition of elite health care. They are authentically personable and helpful. From Susan and elaine at reception to the medical assistants like kilee, all the way to Diabetes educator, nurse joanne webster and Dr. Maier. The care cannot be overstated. I never thought I'd praise a doctor. But Dr. Elizabeth Maier is unparalleled. That lady is legit
