The lady that's their most of the time she nice and friendly, very quiet not much of a talker, but she's nice, keeps the place running smoothly, clean and tidy, they're always well supplied on items one needs to complete ones laundry. I recommend it. On the down side it does get very hot, the fans do need cleaning their very dirty and the wheels on the basket carts need cleaning as well, the bathrooms could use a little up dating

Was attracted by the prices, it is the cheapest I've found yet, but the machines didn't work well for me, when taking the clothes from the washer to the drier I noticed my pod had fallen on the floor and was only half dissolved, then when I came back after a dry cycle my clothes were still wet, didn't have time to stay and see if another dry cycle might have helped, if two dry cycles is necessary though it should be expressly stated. My clothes have been laying on my bed for a few hours drying under the fan, and I've been tossing the ones that are still stained back in the hamper. Gave it 3 stars because I like the feel of the place and the prices, but was disappointed by the machines performance.

I used their wash and fold service and it was amazing!! The facility isn't the nicest so I was iffy about doing this but I'm so glad I did. My clothes smell and look great and the price wasn't bad. My laundry was ready to go on a cart when I came to pick it up and the lady is so nice. If you're a busy college student, or busy in general, I highly recommend this service. The only down side is they only accept cash which I wasn't aware of when I went to pick up my clothes so make sure you have some!!

Great place to do laundry. I've been going for about a year now and I can't say I have a single complaint or criticism about this place. Good prices and a consistently helpful staff makes North Texas Laundromat 5 stars in my book.

Very good customer service and staff particularly Mr.Tony who is the owner is a wonderful man who will always open the door for you.
