They cost me $200 worth of little girls dress up gowns belonging to my granddaughters. They have refused to let me file a claim or pay me to replace all 8 gowns. The staff researched & found all 8 were dry cleaned but then they disappeared. David told me he’d give me a check to replace them but no one has the check when I call or go up there. David doesn’t even talk to me anymore. They always say David isn’t there & he never calls back. Dress up gowns cost roughly $20-$30 each on Amazon. I was forced to buy new ones because they won’t do it. I replaced all 8 for $200. That’s all I’ve been asking them to pay since June 15! I don’t believe they even HAVE insurance since they won’t let me file a claim!

I've been using this business for a long time. They have always done a good job on all my dry cleaning. I would have given a 5 BUT the low rating comes from my last experience with them. They advertise they clean rugs. I callled to ask about that and was informed they did provide that service. I took my WOOL RUG to be cleaned and they PUT IT IN THE WASHING MACHINE! My rug is ruined! It was hand tuffed and the backing came off. The layer that holds the tuffs in place under the backing is gone and the wool shrunk! Beware!

This place is the worst business to take your valuables. My mother took her faux fur coat to this place and not only did she have rips on the inside she had holes all over when she received it back. Not only did they ruin her coat, they also ignored phone calls when trying to figure out when it would be ready. It was supposed to be ready to wear New Year's Eve and it has been a week since then when it was "ready." HORRIBLE HORRIBLE BUSINESS. Did not offer refund, please, do NOT take your business here. So disappointed.

Smh a day before prom for my niece and go to pick up her dress and there is spots all over it and the people that cleaned it won't be in till Monday well heck PROM is tomorrow and the charged 20 dollars to not clean it or didn't even call and let us kno they couldn't get it cleaned and pressed well smh
