Rude, incompetent, and slow, anything else? Probably. We took our dog because he had lick granuloma with an infection, when I asked him if the infection could spread to the rest of the body, hi angrily answered "I am not GOD, I don't know". This answer was after we had to wait over an hour when we had an appointment and no one even apologized for the long wait. Then he proceeds to tell me there's nothing I can do to make his condition better, by the way it is fully healed now, and he said it would never get better. Towards the end of the visit, he topped it off with asking me if my MALE was SPAYED, are you retarded? Hey, if you want to deal with someone who is rude, incompetent, slow and can't speak English, then go ahead. I am foreign too and I can tell you his English is terrible. It still makes me angry and it's been over 5 months now.

Dr Hung is very knowledgeable. He has been Tanner's vet for 7 years and has been able to treat and cure any problems that he has had. Friendly staff.

We have used Dr Tom for 6 years and we have 4 dogs.Two of are older dogs had skin cancer ,Dr. Tom operated on both and it was a complete Success,the dogs are 13 yo & 12 yo.So we Trust the Dr 100 percent and he has a wonderful personality..The Dr . Has great prices ,feel free to use the Dr. you will be pleased Sonia & Bill Russell

Great service and such caring people. They truly care and will not try to sell you into service that your pet doesn't need.

The staff and Dr. Hong are thoughtful and compassionate. He gives the ultimate care to my pets who are my family. Bambi and Mr. Bojangles 2, 3 pound chihuahuas loves going to the vet for check ups! 12 years and I trust the staff and Dr. Hong for all my pet's needs.
