I enthusiastically recommend Northeast Georgia Quality Roofs to anyone.  My reasons? First, when Ray inspected my roof, he noticed evidence of hail and wind damage and persuasively insisted that I contact my insurance company to file a claim. None of the other four roofing companies recommended that step, probably because the roof was about 20 years old. Except for making the initial claim with my insurance company, Ray handled the paperwork and even met with the insurance adjuster on site to point out the damage. Second, Ray handled all this and the roofing while I was out of state attending to my dying mother. As I was spending the last several hours with my 95-year-old mother, Ray and his crew were replacing my roof--in a single day. He kept me informed with text messages and photos as the work was progressing. In my three decades in the Athens area, I have worked with no company that surpasses the integrity, quality of work, and concern for the customer that NEGAQR displayed to me. Finally, the cost of the work and materials was the lowest of the reputable roofers' estimates I received. Even *including the insurance deductible,* because of Ray's knowledge of the insurance claims process, I ended up paying only about 25% of the estimates from other roofers.

David was so thorough from start to finish!  Great experience and we couldn't even tell they had been there from because of the cleanup. Love ❤️ our roof. Great color.  Thank you so much for the customer service professional David M and making it stress less right down to working with our insurance company. Top notch!

They called me back within minutes of me calling.  They were out to my house in less than 2 hours that same day and up on my roof looking at missing shingles from wind damage . Very honest and great customer service. They listened to all my  concerns and needs. My roof looks amazing! From start to finish it took just 5 days to get my new roof. Highly recommended

Great experience with NEGQR. Got a great roof at fair price. Jarrett was honest, helpful in answering questions, and was a pleasure to work with. Quotes from other companies were lower, but they were trying to sell me  on shoddy materials. Jarrett was upfront, and helped me get the roof up to code without breaking the bank. He even did the legwork of communicating with my tenant to schedule the estimate and repair. Made my life very easy! They definitely live up to the "Quality" in their name; would highly recommend!
