I would highly recommend Northeast Home and Energy.  We had a roof done on a family property which we were selling.  John Prunier, the Project Manager was recommended. With my first meeting with John he was professional and very honest. We received a fair estimate and hired him after several other quotes.  John made the arrangements and communicated to us in a timely manner.  John dropped off samples and gave us houses to look at that were completed by Northeast.  The work was done in one day with a seasoned crew.  The place was left spotless.  The roof enhanced the home to the original beauty.  John and Northeast Home and Energy did a fantastic job. We had them re-roof after some snow damage and leaking.  They were very knowledgeable and answered all my questions during the process and I'm very happy with the results.  We had no issues this first winter.

I hired Northeast Home & Energy (Dec. 2015) to do an inspection on my home to find out ways we could reduce energy consumption, and identify areas in the home where we might losing heat to the attic on the third floor.  They did a thorough job going through our home and explained, in detail, the work that could be done to our home the help out in both of those areas. The consultant was detail oriented and friendly throughout the visit. 

The next step was Northeast Home & Energy hiring a contractor, and scheduling the job (Jan. 2016).  The contracted company was very professional, and just as thorough.  They clearly explained all of the work they would be doing, gave me an accurate timeframe, and walk me through all the areas they would be performing tasks.  The crew of workmen were pleasant and efficient, getting the entire job done a little earlier than expected.  They did a final walk through with me to show me the finished product (spray insulation, resealing vents, added insulation to doors etc.) and it has all turned out to be a success (two months later, big differences felt in the home).

We had a terrific experience with Northeast Home and Energy in getting our attic insulated.  They were efficient and very friendly.  Would definitely recommend to anyone!

My experience with Northeast Home & Energy was excellent!  They are a family owned business and really care about each of their customers.  They stick to their appointments and will go out of their way to make the experience of working with them a very pleasant one.  Please consider hiring them when looking for a contractor, you will not be discouraged.
