You be the judge:  After Sarah spent a lot of time selling me a bathroom redesign, where we picked out all the tile, grout, etc, they presented a contract which required 2/3 of the payment prior to any work starting.  Since they were not negotiable on that, I finally agreed.  Then I was told they were too busy now and that I lived too far away...  Keep in mind, my house hasn't changed or moved during this entire process.

We had our kitchen completely redone by NE Kitchen and Flooring and could not be happier. Mike Sara worked with us to come up with a great design, helped us pick out just the right finishes, tiles, and lighting fixtures, and kept the place as spotless as possible. If you're considering a remodel, you can't go wrong with these folks.

Contracted Northeast to re-tile my kitchen, around 250 sqft. Excellent experience with Mike, very pleased with the result. Had a slight hick-up with the tile manufacturer, but Mike handled it promptly and went the extra mile to get the job done.
