I am writing this as the final boards are being placed on our fence and I have to say I am more than pleased with not only the work but, the entire staff. First, all the workers were very professional; they greeted us and introduced themselves, they performed the work as stated and with extreme care and quality.  When an issue came up, a single call was made and the support team was out immediately to resolve the issue; the crew never stopped working while awaiting the support team.  The Allens want to let the crew know that we appreciate all of the hard work they performed at our home and hope our hospitality provided some level to show just how much we were pleased with the end result.  I would definitely recommend Northeast Ohio Fence to any friend or stranger.  They are the best in the business.  Keep up the outstanding work!!!!!

They took the money are ran after they finished and never returned to fix the issues they said they would. Overall, we are happy with the fence but they took two feet of land from my neighbor on the one side and gave back about a foot on the other where it was needed more. The gate over the driveway looks like something from an industrial complex, not a residence. I understand that it is supposed to reduce sagging, etc. It was just not what we expected. They seemed more concerned about collecting the money than producing a good product. I would not recommend them unless you are very clear about what you are getting and it's all in the contract. They tried to collect final payment when the job was only 90 percent finished, and looks like they rushed the last 10 percent. Our gate is half-assed at best and that was my primary concern when hiring them, because I thought they would do it right.

NEO Fence & Deck Company did work on the porch off my main bedroom. It was destroyed by a tree after a storm. I requested three estimates. NEO Fence not only responded the quickest but gave the best price.

From their sales staff to their work crew, they all showed great professionalism. The end result was beautiful! I love our new porch! 

I will definitely be using them to replace our fence this summer!

Great job from the free estimate to the beautiful fence.  I received several estimates from "big box" companies and other Ohio businesses and NOFD Co. came in the lowest, were able to start the job the earliest and got it done on time. The guys dealt with my neighbors and gave my mastif puppy treats.
