Employs cowards who think It's funny to somehow assault disabled retired military veterans to impress a girlfriend.

After your cowardly and disrespectful employee serves the nation for 21 years, so he can have the right to mouth off and assault seniors, and give you the right to be in business, tell him to look me up, I'm not going anywhere. 

Until then, beside being lucky he wasn't arrested,  if your policy is to insult, discriminate, and take potential customers for granted and cowardly antagonize, I would advise people to pass on your "service". Why you choose to hire a young coward like that is anyone's guess.
