Tony at the Skowhegan store is terrific - friendly and knowledgeable.  We ended up having an issue with the color of the piece we purchased.  We found it to be quite a bit different than the color we saw on the manufacturer's website.  Tony and the folks at Northern Mattress worked with us on a solution.  My wife and I appreciated their obvious commitment to customer service.  A great place to shop for furniture!

We've purchased a couple of items in the past couple months and have had great positive experiences both times with Tony.
We will definitely be returning customers due to how pleasant and helpful Tony has been to work with.
