Tonya at my local store was very helpful in finding exactly what I needed and getting it ordered for me, but then the nightmare began.
After being told that the product would be received in 5-7 days, i received a email a few days after the order saying the main component would be delayed a month. Although aggravating I could somewhat understand as these things happen. But now that month has come and went and I am no closer to getting my product then i was when i ordered it. I am so beyond disappointed with this company. If your local store has what you need in stock by all means buy it as they have everything but if it has to be ordered - dont do it as their promised delivery times are way off.
