I love going here. I am a long time customer. I am hardware challenged and when I have had to go in I can find someone right away who doesn't just point me in the direction I need to go but who will actually walk over and assist me to the end. They make a point of remembering you and greeting you warmly when you come in. During the hurricane prep for Irma they were the only place I could find generators. They had a nice orderly line to pay inside and one outside to pick up. I was also easily able to fill up the propane tank for the grill. I saw lots of people getting sandbags, tarps, tape, and all other manner of hurricane supplies. Waiting in long lines is no fun but they did their best to make the process as seamless as possible. I like to support local family owned businesses and this is a great one. They did a wonderful job of keeping the supplies coming during this trying time. I look forward to visiting again when the storm is behind us.

Good selection of quality hardware and very personable service. They duplicate keys the old fashioned way. Would go there again.

Carol & Bob exemplify great customer service. Too many things that they did to help us. We bought a Green Egg & their help, explanations terrific. My new favorite family owned business!!! Better than the chains so support this business!

Fantastic American-family-run store. Friendly, knowledgeable, helpful staff. My father and I are not very handy, so we really appreciate the advice and assistance that Miller's provides. A+, will always take my Orlando-related hardware needs of all kinds to Miller's Hardware! Thank you!
