I was above the age limit for who they care for but Michelle was very helpful. Very friendly and directed me to the correct area of practice I needed and how to go about searching for my needs. Even wished me well. Such a rare experience with customer experience in the medical field.

It was a very good experience, my appointment was at 9:00 am they got things going pretty fast when I got there I filled out my paperwork, lab work & ultrasound by 11:30, shortly they called me back for my procedure and after I sat back there for recovery and I was out of there by 12:30 which was really fast due to how busy it was in the office this day. They said online and in my paperwork it would generally take from around 4-6 hours but only took them 3 and a half hours and I was out of there! The staff were really nice and comforting and talked me through the whole procedure, I would definitely recommend anyone to go there. I've had one other abortion and that was at Planned parenthood, I was there literally all day so I appreciate how they got me in and out in a very timely manor and how nice they were to me!

Please ignore the dumb comments the staff here was amazing dr. Goldsmith was very nice and calm and talked me through everything that was happening the nurses were extremely nice and had a loving vibe about them no one had an attitude everyone had smiles and worked hard to try to get us home as soon as possible yes the wait was long but there is only one doctor at a time over all I would recommend this office 😊

Came here (Westland location)in search of a new office for my GYN care. The staff is extremely professional, patient, & friendly! The visit did not feel rushed as most doctor offices do. I was offered appointments immediately vs "new patient waitlist". I'm pleased to have found this office and will continue to revisit for my future care.

My wife came here to get some birth control options because we don't have insurance to go other places. She wanted to get in ASAP so she drove from Ann Arbor to the Sterling Heights location because they could get her in the next day. She brought our son because we don't have anyone to watch him and we honestly had no idea it would be such a big deal. They kicked her out cause apparently bringing a kid in there is so offensive? She explained to them she drove an hour to get there but they did not care. I understand that policy because of it being an abortion clinic. It is respectable due to the sensitive decisions that women will be making, but they should tell ALL their patients over the phone while making the appointment BEFORE that they do not allow children because how the hell was she supposed to know that? They should also state it on their website cause it is NOWHERE to be found. This way you can save people from driving so far and wasting their time. Would not reccommend this place. They are just rude and inconsiderate.
